CA Rahul D Ladhani: He is partner in the firm. He has qualified chartered accountancy in 2013 and is fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also qualified Company Secretary course in 2013 and is associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has also cleared BCom with majority in accountancy & finance in 2014 from IGNOU with first division. He has also qualified Diploma in Information Systems Audit from ICAI in 2015 and secured all India 2nd merit. He has also qualified Diploma in Insurance & Risk Management in 2015 from ICAI. He is also a Registered Valuer enrolled with The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India under the class securities and financial assets.
He is an expert in forensic accounting, risk based audit, company law matters and business process reviews. He has also designed and developed this website.
CA Shripal D Chopda: He is partner in the firm. He has qualified chartered accountancy in 2014 and is fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has cleared BCom from RTMNU in the year 2013. He has also qualified Diploma in Insurance & Risk Management in 2016 from ICAI and secured all India 3rd merit. He has also qualified Diploma in Information Systems Audit from ICAI in 2016. He specialises in GST consultancy. He also holds certificate in concurrent audit of banks. He has keen interest in the controls and working of jewellery industry.
CA Shreya Jain: She is partner in the firm. She has qualified chartered accountancy in 2015 and is fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has cleared BCom from PRSU in the year 2013. She has also qualified Diploma in Information Systems Audit in 2016 from ICAI. She specialises in direct tax consultancy and advisory.
